FYDEM (Formación y Desarrollo de las Mujeres) was a project funded by the European Union, in partnership with IFOA and the University of León in Nicaragua.
The general objective of the project was to promote and sustain the social inclusion, training and occupation of the women of the Department of León in Nicaragua, who live in conditions of vulnerability, through the design and implementation of Local Training Agreements (PFLs) of gender, and the increase in the demand for employment and entrepreneurship through the valorisation of local resources.
