COLOMBIA: From 22 to 25 August, ILS LEDA has carried out training activities finalized to the transfer of methodologies on territorial diagnosis, local animation and territorial strategic plans, within the framework of an activity organized by RED ADELCO. Participants have been the Technicians of the Local Economic Development Agencies - LEDA - and the competitive routes of the departments of Arauca, Cauca, Valle del Cauca, La Guajira, Risaralda and Nariño, as well as with the Consultants of the Government of Boyacá.
The methodological transfer week, conducted by Vincenzo Milio - vice president of ILS LEDA - also had the pilot application of the RESCO methodology of ILS LEDA with the actors of the value chains of onion and turism belonging to Tota lake area.
The event also counted on the participation of officials from the Government of Boyacá, Carlos Callejas, executive director of the Adelco Network, Yolanda Ojeda, director of the Strategic Territorial Competitiveness Program -CET-, and with her work team.

The activity was developed within the framework of the CET - Territorial Strategic Competitiveness Program. CET is a grant from the European Union, which seeks to contribute to the strengthening of regional competitiveness through the leverage of Local Economic Development (LED) processes, articulating national and subnational efforts and consolidating an inclusive policy of Regional and Territorial Competitiveness in Colombia on the basis of Local Economic Development.
