The local economic development agency of the northeast of Haiti, ADELNEH, is taking steps towards its structuring and promotion to provide a better accompaniment to the development structures of its territory. 
In this sense, the LEDA has inaugurated a new headquarters in the border city of Ouanaminthe, has developed local economic development forums and is implementing a BANKADEL Haiti solidarity microcredit for the local population.
